Hesperia Down Payment Assistance Program
The Hesperia Downpayment Assistance program provides funds up to a
maximum of $20,000 towards the acquisition cost of a Hesperia home to assist
low income households in the purchase of their primary residence.
Applicants must not have owned a home in the last three years, must
contribute 1% of the purchase price from their own funds and must pay certain
closing costs of $1000 to $2000.
